Irrespective of the license type, the information pertaining to title, content and all the data used in our reports is, and shall remain (even after the purchase), the exclusive property of CRIFAX. According to the license granted, you do not acquire any ownership/authority or other proprietary rights by using our work.
The single-user license is granted to an individual within an organization only. Use of the purchased report by multiple users inside or outside the organization is strictly prohibited.
With corporate license, the access to the purchased report is granted to 2-5 users in an organization. After the purchase, you do not get to hold any possession of our material for external circulation or distribution to any third party.
The access to the report with enterprise license is granted to multiple users of an organization within their global network. Misuse, distribution of the purchased report or content/figures and other relevant data included in it, to any third party is strictly forbidden.
Once you place an order on CRIFAX and its affiliates, the order cannot be cancelled and the payment thereupon becomes due. The order placed shall be considered as binding acceptance which will not be revoked under any condition. The report will only be dispatched once the complete payment is received. Upon confirmation, the ordered report will be dispatched within next 48 business hours. However, we will not be responsible for delay or late delivery due to uncontrolled circumstances.
